Meljotech Ventures Limited, Nigeria, uses meljotechcrm.com and its communication channels to manage customer orders, enquiries and support.

These terms apply to your use of those services. Any specific prices, delivery arrangements, return policies or other purchase terms provided with an order also apply. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law.

Customer information

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information and notify us promptly of corrections. Do not impersonate others or submit information you are not authorised to share.

Orders and communications

We may send order confirmations, delivery updates and support messages by WhatsApp, SMS or email, depending on the contact information and communication preferences you provide. Some messages may be automated.

An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of an enquiry or order submission. Availability, payment and fulfilment details are subject to the information provided for the relevant order.

You may request to stop promotional messages by contacting meljotechcrm@gmail.com. Necessary communications concerning an existing order may still be sent.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse our services, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with their operation, send malicious content or use them for unlawful activity.

Availability

Our services depend on hosting, internet and messaging providers. Delays or interruptions may occur. If a message appears incomplete or an urgent order update is missing, contact us by email.
