Who we are
Meljotech Ventures Limited, Nigeria, operates Meljotech CRM at meljotechcrm.com to manage our own customer relationships, orders and communications.

Information we collect
We collect information you provide when placing orders or communicating with us, including:
- Names, phone numbers and email addresses.
- Delivery addresses and order details.
- WhatsApp conversations and customer-support communications.
We do not collect or store payment-card details in our CRM. Please do not send card details, passwords or verification codes through our messaging channels.
How we use information
We use customer information to process and fulfil orders, communicate order and delivery updates, respond to enquiries, provide support and maintain necessary business records.
Some communications may be automated. Where we send promotional messages, we obtain consent where required and provide a way to opt out.
We process information as necessary to fulfil orders, comply with legal obligations, support legitimate business purposes such as customer service, or with consent where applicable.
Service providers and sharing
We use Hostinger for website hosting and Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform for WhatsApp communications. These providers process information needed to deliver their services and may process it outside Nigeria.
Where needed to fulfil your order, relevant delivery information may be shared with delivery providers. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
Any international processing must be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
Retention and security
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for order fulfilment, customer support, applicable recordkeeping obligations and resolving disputes. Retention depends on the type of record and its purpose.
We take reasonable measures to protect customer information and limit access to authorised personnel and service providers. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
Contact meljotechcrm@gmail.com to make a request or opt out of promotional messages. Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent necessary communications about an existing order.
