Your information, your request
You can request deletion of personal information held by Meljotech Ventures Limited in Meljotech CRM, including customer contact details, delivery addresses, order information and WhatsApp conversations.
How to submit a request
Email meljotechcrm@gmail.com with the subject:
Personal Data Deletion Request
Include:
- Your name.
- The phone number, including country code, or email address used when contacting or ordering from us.
- Whether you want all eligible personal information deleted or only particular records.
- An order reference, if available.
This button opens your email app. If it does not open, send your request to meljotechcrm@gmail.com.
What happens next
We will review your request and may ask for limited information to verify that you are entitled to request deletion. We will explain the outcome and any information that must be retained, and respond within the period required by applicable law.
Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, unresolved orders, disputes or establishing and defending legal claims. Retained information will be limited to those purposes.
Where copies remain in backups, their removal will follow the applicable backup-retention process.
Scope of deletion
This request concerns information controlled by Meljotech Ventures Limited. It does not delete your WhatsApp account, messages stored on your own device or information independently retained by Meta or other parties.
Deleting information needed for an outstanding order may affect our ability to fulfil it. We will explain any such impact when handling your request.
